Rationale

          Responding to new global challenges, the LS Center for Language Study offers the attainment of fluency and proficiency in communication skills.

          The language programs are especially designed to provide comprehensive study programs for adult and young learners who have had or have no previous study of English.

          This program is aimed at providing a particular type of learning experience that will enable the learners to use English in expressing their ideas both orally and in writing, and to understand the utterance made by others.

Methodology

          The LS Center for Language Study adopts personalized and costomized methods of instruction using intensive conversation in informal, relaxed, face-to-face dyadic and small group settings. Focus is on the conversational and practical application of English.

          The Center maintains a small number of students per class to enable the teacher to focus on the individual needs of each students.

Facilities

         The LS Center for Language Study maintains fully air-conditioned classrooms and an Audio-Visual Room. All language levels use up-to-date curricula and educational materials, films, CD's, the internet, audio and visual tapes, modules, newspaper, references, books and laboratory manuals, among others.
